Quantity Surveyor

Description:

🔹 Requirements:
✔ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
✔ Minimum 5 years of total experience
✔ Minimum 5 years as a Quantity Surveyor in Civil works, preferably in a Senior Estimation/Tendering role
✔ Strong experience in quantity take-off, BOQ preparation and cost estimation
✔ Experience in Civil, Structural & Finishing works
✔ Experience in tendering, variations, cost monitoring and project invoicing
✔ Strong analytical and communication skills
✔ Immediate joiners preferred
