Quantity Surveyor

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and commercially driven Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in high-end fit-out and interior finishing projects to join our growing team in Doha.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Manage project costs, budgets, BOQs, and detailed cost estimates from tender stage through project completion.
Handle contract administration, subcontractor agreements, variations, claims, and final accounts.
Prepare and review interim payment applications, valuations, and cost reports.
Monitor project expenditure, identify cost-saving opportunities, and mitigate commercial risks.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations, negotiate rates, and ensure commercial compliance.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, procurement, and site teams to ensure effective cost control.
🔹 Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, specifically in fit-out and interior finishing projects.
Strong expertise in commercial management, contract administration, cost planning, and quantity surveying practices.
Proven ability to manage variations, claims, and complex project cost assessments.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Previous experience in Qatar or the GCC is highly preferred.
