Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors and manage front desk operations professionally
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries (Arabic & English)
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure meeting arrangements are ready
Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules
Coordinate internal and external meetings and follow up on action points
Prepare official letters, emails, and basic reports as required
Arrange travel bookings and itineraries when needed
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

Requirements:

Native Arabic Speaker (mandatory)
Good English communication skills
Experience in Reception / Executive Coordination / Admin Support
Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
Professional and presentable personality
