We are looking for a skilled and professional Receptionist cum Secretary to join our team in Qatar.

Responsibilities:
· Manage the front desk and professionally welcome visitors.
· Handle phone calls, emails, and official correspondence.
· Provide secretarial and administrative support.
· Maintain office records and documentation.
· Coordinate meetings and assist management as required.

Requirements:
· Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office.
· Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused.
· Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Qatar with a valid transferable QID.
