Betterhomes Qatar, a leading real estate agency with strong market expertise across Qatar, is seeking a professional and client-focused Receptionist / Front Desk Executive. The role is essential in creating a welcoming first impression, managing front-office operations, and supporting sales and leasing teams with administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Handle inbound calls and inquiries in English
• Manage reception desk and daily front-office operations
• Schedule meetings and property viewings
• Coordinate with sales and leasing teams
• Maintain client records, databases, and internal logs
• Provide administrative support to real estate agents
• Manage emails, documents, and courier deliveries
• Ensure the reception area reflects company brand standards
Mandatory Requirements:
• Fluent English speaking and writing (Arabic is a plus)
• Previous experience in the real estate sector
• Prior front-desk or receptionist experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and presence
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of office systems
