Description:

We are a dedicated veterinary clinic looking for a experienced Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our front-desk operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
· Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and caring attitude.
· Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle client inquiries.
· Maintain accurate client and pet records in our database.
· Coordinate seamlessly with our veterinary team for daily schedules.
· Process payments, issue invoices, and manage daily reports.

Requirements:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
· Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
