Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
- Maintain talent pipelines for various job categories
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and recruitment policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree Holder
- Tranfferable RP
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment (GCC experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
- Knowledge of local labor laws and visa processing
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms
