Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related
field.
- 2-5 years of recruitment experience in F&B / hospitality industry.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle : requisition intake, sourcing,
screening, interviews, offer and onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, social media,
and headhunting.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and local labor
laws.
