Responsibilities:
· Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
· Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
· Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
· Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
· Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and local labor market trends.
