This role for a technical expert who thrives on customer interaction, providing smart solutions, and ensuring our products perform excellently from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
· Promote and sell our range of technical products and solutions.
· Understand client needs and recommend the best systems for them.
· Install, test, and commission equipment directly at customer sites.
· Provide reliable after-sales service, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
· Respond quickly to service requests and resolve issues efficiently.
· Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate records.
· Build and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Requirements
· A Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related).
· Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
· Readiness to travel and work on-site with clients.
· Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
· Previous experience in sales engineering or field service roles.
· Experience with technical or industrial products.
