Responsibilities:
Provide functional support for SAP and other applications.
Deploy and enhance the Global Template for Finance.
Manage stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and updates on IT matters.
Understand user requirements and recommend SAP solutions.
Document requirements for conversions, upgrades, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflows.
Configure SAP functionality hands-on as required.
Perform unit and integration testing on SAP Development and QA servers.
Act as liaison and problem solver for SAP application issues.
Manage and deliver multiple projects, often involving cross-functional teams.
Requirements / Desired Experience:
Minimum 6 years in Business Process Consulting and SAP FICO.
Experience in Development, Configuration, Solutions Evaluation, Validation, and Deployment.
At least 5 full lifecycle SAP FICO implementations.
Experience in client-facing role as Principal Consultant on at least 2 end-to-end projects.
Expertise in SAP Central Finance and S/4HANA Finance/Controlling/Accounting.
Knowledge of SAP FICO integration with COPA, ML, New GL, SD, MM, PP, PM, PS, and T&E.
Hands-on experience in FI and CO configuration and testing.
Knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Product Costing, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center.
Familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology; ABAP and SAP certifications are a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, project, and talent management skills.
Understanding of life sciences / pharmaceutical business processes.
Willingness to work in a management consulting environment with regular travel.
