Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, compliance, staff development, and retention
Align HR policies with Qatari labor law and international school standards
Partner with school leadership to foster a positive and high-performing culture
Manage performance evaluation, employee relations, and professional development
Ensure accurate record-keeping and adherence to best practices in HR
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field (HR certifications preferred)
At least 5 years’ experience in HR management (education sector experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of Qatari labor law and HR compliance
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Experience in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
