We’re looking for a proactive and well-organized Secretary cum Office Administrator to join our team.

This role combines secretarial, administrative responsibilities - ideal for someone who enjoys keeping an office running smoothly and supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Secretarial Duties:

Prepare, format, and manage official correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes.
Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
Draft and proofread internal and external communications.

Office Administration:

Oversee daily office operations and ensure office supplies are well-stocked.
Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical) for easy document retrieval.
Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and maintenance teams when needed.

Requirements:

✅ 2–4 years’ experience in admin/secretarial roles
✅ Excellent communication & MS Office skills
✅ Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
