Description:

Qualifications & Requirements:
• B.Sc or equivalent degree from a recognized university (preferably related to construction/engineering/business).
• Minimum 10 years of post-graduate experience in a similar executive support role.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Presentable, confident, and experienced in supporting Executive Management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
You will provide high-level administrative support, including managing communications, preparing documents and reports, coordinating executive schedules, and ensuring the efficient operation of the executive office.
