AL Habari Group in Al Khor is seeking an experienced and highly organized Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Group General Manager. This is a key role for ensuring efficient office operations and executive workflow.
Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level administrative and clerical support.
• Manage all communication (phone, email, visitors) professionally.
• Organize and maintain the GM's schedule, appointments, and meetings.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping systems.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as a Secretary or Executive Administrator.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
