Security Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced *Security Manager* to oversee and manage all security operations across our facilities in Qatar. The candidate will ensure safety, enforce policies, and lead the security team efficiently throughout the contract period.

- Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement security policies and procedures
* Manage security teams and daily operations
* Conduct risk assessments and site inspections
* Coordinate with government authorities and stakeholders
* Prepare operational reports and ensure regulatory compliance

- Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field
* 7+ years of security management experience (GCC preferred)
* Excellent leadership and emergency response skills
* Knowledge of Qatar security laws and regulations
