Senior Business Analyst

Description:

We are looking for an experienced **Senior Business Analyst** with strong business analysis skills and a background in government or healthcare IT projects.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of relevant Business Analysis experience, preferably in government or healthcare IT.
- Proven experience in requirements engineering, business process modelling, functional specifications, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with enterprise applications, system integrations, vendor-managed solutions, and IT project delivery.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps, requirements traceability, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) management.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Arabic communication skills are mandatory.
