Senior Business Analyst – Strategic Leadership Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead process improvement initiatives and drive strategic solutions in Qatar. If you excel at turning complex business needs into actionable strategies and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
· Lead process improvement and redesign initiatives
· Conduct detailed business analysis and data-driven insights
· Gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical solutions
· Manage end-to-end project delivery within scope, time, and budget
· Mentor and guide a team of business analysts
· Communicate findings and recommendations to executive leadership
· Oversee testing and implementation of new systems and solutions

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
· 5+ years of experience in business analysis with a proven track record of leading projects and teams
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
· Proficiency in data analysis and project management tools
· Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies
· Preferred: Advanced degree or certifications (CBAP, PMP)
