WISE Consulting is seeking high-calibre, deeply experienced professionals providing construction strategy, cost management, and contract administration services for a high profile client in Qatar. These positions will be full-time secondment roles at the client’s office.

1. Project Director – Senior Leadership Role
Key Requirements:
·       25+ years of progressive experience in construction, commercial, and contract management for large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects.
·       Minimum 10 years in senior strategic or commercial advisory roles, shaping procurement strategies, commercial policies, and implementation plans for complex programmes.
·       Proven track record in leading integrated multi-functional teams on high-stakes, fast-track projects.
·       Strong background in contract negotiation, dispute resolution, risk management, and stakeholder engagement at executive level.
·       Recognised professional accreditation (MRICS, FRICS, MCIOB, PE, PMP, or equivalent).
