Senior Design Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Design / Design Manager to lead design and technical delivery of building construction projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage architectural, structural, and MEP design coordination
• Oversee design development, IFC drawings, and authority approvals
• Handle PRFs, technical clarifications, and design-related queries
• Review and assess Variation Orders (VOs) and design changes
• Coordinate multiple construction packages and design interfaces
• Support quantity surveying activities related to design scope
• Review shop drawings, material submitting, and site technical issues

Requirements:
• 10–15 years’ experience in building construction projects
• Strong background in technical design, packages, PRFs, and VO management
