Senior Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements
🔹 Maintain full ownership of the General Ledger, consolidated financial statements, and financial controls
🔹 Provide strategic financial analysis and decision-support to senior management
🔹 Manage external stakeholders including auditors, tax authorities, and regulators
🔹 Lead financial risk management, cost optimization, and finance transformation initiatives
🔹 Oversee ERP and financial systems (SAP preferred) and drive process improvements
🔹 Lead and develop a high-performing finance team

✅ Requirements

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
🔹 Minimum 8 years of experience, including 5 years in a senior/supervisory role
🔹 GCC experience required (Qatar experience preferred)
🔹 Strong ERP knowledge (SAP preferred)
🔹 Immediate availability preferred
