Senior Finance Manager

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial reporting and ensure IFRS & regulatory compliance
• Maintain full ownership of GL, consolidated financial statements, and financial controls
• Provide strategic financial analysis and decision support to senior management
• Manage external stakeholders including auditors, tax authorities, and regulators
• Lead financial risk management, cost optimization, and finance transformation initiatives
• Oversee ERP and financial systems (SAP preferred) and drive process improvements
• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team
🔹 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 8+ years of experience, including 5 years in a senior/supervisory role
• GCC experience required; Qatar experience preferred
• Strong ERP knowledge (SAP preferred)
