Senior Oracle Financials Functional Consultant

Description:

Lead end-to-end Oracle Financials implementations for large-scale enterprise programs — from business process design to go-live and hypercare. Collaborate with senior stakeholders, cross-functional delivery teams, and global partners to ensure seamless execution and successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

✨ Own and manage full-cycle Oracle Financials projects (initiation → go-live → transition)
✨ Lead multi-disciplinary delivery teams (Functional, Technical, Integration, Data, Testing) across onshore & offshore
✨ Drive cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare phases
✨ Coordinate integrations across Oracle and non-Oracle systems
✨ Ensure delivery quality, milestones, and acceptance criteria are met
✨ Apply Oracle delivery best practices to drive continuous improvement

Candidate Requirements:

✔ 8+ years of hands-on Oracle Financials implementation experience
✔ Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Expenses)
✔ Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (R12/12.2) and Cloud migration
✔ Proven delivery of 6–8 full-cycle, large-scale Oracle implementations
✔ Experience leading P2P and O2C workstreams
✔ Exposure to Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS) is a plus
✔ Oracle Financials / EBS certifications preferred
✔ Excellent stakeholder communication & delivery leadership skills
✔ Willingness to travel to Qatar when required
