𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
• Bachelor’s Degree in 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 or related discipline from 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮, 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲 or 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮
• 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝟭𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of relevant experience
• Strong experience with 𝗕𝗢𝗤, interim claims, final accounts, contractor invoices and payment certificates
• Experience in 𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴, costing, expense tracking and financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹, budgeting, financial analysis and asset management
• Experience coordinating with contractors and internal stakeholders
• GCC/Middle East experience preferred
• 𝗖𝗣𝗔, 𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗔, 𝗖𝗠𝗔, 𝗖𝗜𝗠𝗔, 𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗦, 𝗠𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗦 or equivalent certification is an advantage
