Service Quality & Vendor Management Specialist

 

Description:

Responsibilities:
· Manage vendor performance, service quality, and stakeholder engagement.
· Monitor service delivery using dashboards, reports, and tracking tools.
· Liaise between external service providers and internal teams.
· Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
· Support standards dissemination and inquiry management.

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Accounting, Information Systems, Economics, Public Admin, or related field.
· 9+ years of experience in vendor management, service quality, or operational oversight (government/regulated environment preferred).
· Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in performance tracking.
· Advantage: Master’s/professional certification in vendor/service/quality management.
