Description:
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct outbound calls and manage incoming customer calls to address service needs.
-Reschedule appointments for customers who missed their initial booking and assist walk-in clients with scheduling.
-Reconnect with previous customers and engage them in recall and retention campaigns.
-Inform customers about special promotions, updates to business hours, and service changes.
-Promptly relay messages or inquiries to the appropriate sales team members and departments.
-Prepare and send daily performance reports to the branch supervisor.
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service or call center roles.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
