Shift Supervisor

Description:

JOB PURPOSE
Lead and coordinate shift activities to ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of LNG facilities, in accordance with company procedures and HSE standards.

🔍 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✅ Supervise and support shift personnel to achieve safe and efficient plant operations
✅ Lead emergency response activities during onsite incidents
✅ Review and approve Permit to Work (PTW) and isolation procedures
✅ Maintain effective communication and coordination across departments
✅ Prepare accurate shift reports and ensure smooth shift handovers
✅ Coach and mentor team members to strengthen operational competency
✅ Ensure full compliance with HSE requirements and maintain high housekeeping standards

🎓 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of Oil & Gas experience
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory/shift leadership role
• Strong knowledge of LNG operations, process safety, and HSE best practices
