Shopify Admin / E-commerce & Customer Service Specialist

 

Description:

HARLIENZ is seeking a skilled Shopify Admin / E-commerce & Customer Service Specialist to manage the Shopify website end-to-end. This role ensures a smooth online shopping experience through accurate product setup, engaging content creation, responsive customer support, and basic technical maintenance.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
Shopify & Website Management
Manage the Shopify store from A to Z
Add, edit, and manage products (titles, descriptions, pricing, SKUs, variants)
Create and manage manual and automated collections
Upload, publish, hide, archive products as required
Monitor inventory levels and sold-out items
Maintain site navigation and menus

Product Content & Descriptions
Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned product descriptions
Ensure accurate sizing, fabric, care, and pricing details
Proofread and edit content before publishing
Optimize product pages for user experience and conversions

Photo Editing & Visual Updates
Edit product photos (cropping, resizing, background cleanup, basic retouching)
Optimize images for web performance
Upload and organize product images correctly
Coordinate with the creative team when needed

Customer Service & Order Support
Handle customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, chat, and social platforms
Assst customers with product info, sizing, availability, and orders
Track and follow up on orders, exchanges, and returns
Ensure timely, professional responses
Escalate complex issues when required

Coding & Technical Support
Perform basic coding edits (HTML, CSS, Shopify Liquid)
Adjust layouts, product page elements, and minor design fixes
Identify and report technical issues
Coordinate with developers or Shopify support for advanced fixes

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong hands-on experience with Shopify
E-commerce customer service experience
Photo editing skills (Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, or similar)
Copywriting skills for product descriptions
Basic coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, Shopify Liquid)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Fashion or retail experience is a plus
