The Training Manager is responsible for developing and delivering structured training programs that enhance employee safety, skill, and productivity—particularly within SPIR disciplines: Scaffolding, Painting, Insulation, and Refractory. The role involves close collaboration with operational teams to ensure compliance, safety, and competency in field execution
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Education,
10+ years of relevant training leadership experience (Oil & Gas preferred).
Strong skills in safety, communication (English & Hindi), and MS Office.
Expertise in diverse training delivery methods.
Strong leadership, budget management, and evaluation skills.
