Job Description
1- Perform update SPMAT on material receipts at Site.
2- Perform update SPMAT on material deliveries to Construction Contractors
3- Create and issue MTR (Material Transfer Reports) as needed to move materials from one location of Warehouses to other Warehouses in SPMAT.
5- Issuing Material Receiving Reports (MRR)
6- Short & Damage Reports (OS&D)
7- Making weekly/daily reports of materials received, delivered, available
8- Prepare Piping Run Forecast and Reservation Reports for construction team.
10. Create and issue MIR (Material Issue Reports) based on material requisitions prepared by the construction team and Subcontractors in SPMAT.
11- Providing information on the status of shipments through dedicated reports

QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
1- Proven experience in Oil & Gas Industry and position
2- Knowledge of materials involved in Oil & Gas Industry specially in piping
