The ideal candidate will create and contribute in all areas of social media, maintain a strong online presence for our company. They will implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts in an effort to increase brand awareness and have a creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives and are great in self-management. Additionally, this individual will understand the target audience and create an appropriate strategy to reach this group.
You will have advantage, if:
- You are based in Doha.
- You are bilingual (English/Arabic) and proficient in both languages.
- You have experience with social media management.
- You have knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/illustrator.
Responsibilities
- Research target audience and discover current trends
- Create engaging text, video, and image content
- Monitor web traffic
- Develop optimal posting schedule
- Develop and maintain social media accounts and campaigns
- Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives
- Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of company brand
- Manage internal social media accounts for our businesses including but not limited to Graphic Design, SEO, SMO, photography, videography etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Experience as a social media coordinator
- Strong communication, multitasking and analytical skills
- Digital and Traditional Marketing experience minimum 2 years (Preferred)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in graphic design and/or social media management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of all social networking platforms
- Languages - proficient in English, Arabic is a plus.
- Must be based in Qatar - Local hire only
