Social Media & Front Desk Manager

Q Pet Veterinary Clinic is looking for a confident, energetic, creative and commercially minded person to join our in-house team in Doha.

This is more than a traditional social media role — you’ll be part of the clinic, creating content, engaging with pet owners, following up enquiries, promoting our services and supporting front-desk operations.

🎥 What you’ll be doing

• Create Reels, Stories, photos & short-form videos
• Shoot content featuring pets, doctors, grooming, boarding & clinic life
• Edit videos using CapCut or similar
• Appear confidently on camera
• Follow up Instagram, social media & WhatsApp enquiries
• Promote services and packages
• Help convert enquiries into bookings and bring in new clients
• Handle calls, WhatsApp, appointments and reception support

• Excellent spoken & written English
• Strong communication & sales skills
• Confident, presentable, energetic & outgoing
• Comfortable speaking to customers and strangers
• Very comfortable in front of the camera
• Good smartphone photography & videography skills
• Able to independently edit Reels/videos
• Comfortable with Instagram, TikTok & Facebook
• Creative, proactive & commercially minded
• Organized and able to multitask
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Passionate about animals & pet care
• Previous experience in social media, sales, marketing, customer service, hospitality or pet care is an advantage.
