Social Work Subject Matter Expert

Description:

* Act as an expert in the area of Social Work to ensure delivery of high standard evidence based services across the organization

*Apply knowledge and expertise to identify key areas to improve quality of service through the use of quality improvement models like PDSA cycle.

*Support the manager in fulfilling service planning & development responsibilities related to Social Work Services.

*Support the Manager of Social Work Services and collaborate with Operations, Clinical Affairs and Workforce Training teams to ensure appropriate competencies of Social Work staff are being assessed

*Update all required documents to support provision of effective service including policies & procedures, guidelines, service scope and specifications.

*Respond to identified or potential patient safety concerns, errors and/or near misses in a timely manner.

*Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard any sensitive information.

Job Requirement:

* Master's degree in Social Work

* Certification in Health Management highly preferred, Project management certification PMP preferred
