 Key Responsibilities

✅ Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness & compliance standards
✅ Receive, inspect, unload & shelve materials against purchase orders
✅ Manage spare parts inventory & initiate reorders when required
✅ Maintain material & asset database records
✅ Conduct tool/equipment inspections, maintenance & certification tracking
✅ Coordinate calibration of measuring instruments & lifting equipment testing
✅ Report shortages, discrepancies & damaged materials
✅ Ensure compliance with HSE, IMS & local regulations
✅ Perform regular inventory control & documentation

🎓 Required Qualifications and Experience

✅ Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Administration or related field
✅ Minimum 4 years of experience
✅ At least 2 years in an elevator company or EPC project
✅ Previous warehouse & document control experience

💡 Skills & Knowledge

✅ Supply chain & purchasing knowledge
✅ Experience with SAP or similar systems
✅ Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., stacker)
✅ Basic bookkeeping knowledge
✅ Strong organizational & communication skills
✅ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
✅ Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory)
