Requirements:
Background in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical (MEP disciplines)
Strong knowledge of MEP systems
Experience in facilities management, especially in high-rise buildings
Familiarity with soft services (cleaning, pest control) is a plus Excellent leadership and communication skills
