Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution.
- Develop and implement demand planning strategies to improve forecast accuracy and ensure product availability.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to gather inputs for demand forecasts.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stockouts or excess.
- Evaluate supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Identify and drive opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7 to 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong background in demand planning.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG industry is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain planning tools and ERP systems.
