Are you passionate about troubleshooting and eager to grow your career in IT support? Proztec is looking for a proactive and technically skilled Level 1 (L1) Support Engineer to join our dynamic team!
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first line of support for technical issues.
Log, categorize, and prioritize incidents using IT service management (ITSM) tools.
Perform initial diagnostics and resolve basic issues such as connectivity checks or system restarts.
Monitor systems and perform routine health checks.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to L2/L3 teams.
Assist with patch updates and configuration tasks.
Maintain clear documentation of incidents and resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams and provide timely communication on issue status.
Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT, Electronics, or Computer Science.
1–2 years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Familiarity with IP-based systems and Windows/Linux environments.
Basic understanding of ITIL processes (ITIL Foundation certification is a plus).
Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Freshdesk, or similar.
Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
