What You’ll Do:

✅ Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
✅ Screen resumes and assist in shortlisting
✅ Coordinate interviews & maintain applicant trackers
✅ Support job postings, phone screenings, and onboarding
✅ Get involved in recruitment campaigns & events
✅ Contribute to improving candidate experience

Who We’re Looking For:

🎓 Students/recent graduates in HR or Business
🗣 Excellent communication & organizational skills
🌍 Able to thrive in a multicultural, fast-paced environment
💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
➕ Familiarity with LinkedIn/job boards is a bonus
🌐 Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
