Description:
we are looking for a skilled
Talent Acquisition Officer to join our HR team and support our expanding workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical positions within the construction industry.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, recruitment agencies, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Build strong relationships with universities, training centers, and recruitment partners to attract top talent.
Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, retention, etc.).
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (2–4 years) in recruitment, preferably within the construction/engineering industry.
Strong understanding of technical job roles in construction (Engineers, Supervisors, Draftsmen, etc.).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/ATS systems.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
