Requirements:
🔹 Minimum 2-year experience in a tire service company, with a background in automotive or auto-mechanics.
🔹 Ability to perform wheel alignment, vehicle inspections, and tire-related services.
🔹Proven understanding of wheel alignment, vehicle inspections, lube services, brakes, AC services and tire-related services.
🔹 Strong understanding of customer service, equipment management, and store maintenance.
🔹 Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a multicultural team.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Greet and assist customers with vehicle inspections, service details, and options.
🔹 Manage equipment and tool maintenance, ensuring they are in optimal condition.
🔹 Oversee store organization, stock management, and housekeeping.
🔹 Participate in daily briefings and assist in training junior technicians.
🔹 Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
