Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Gaming Team Leader to oversee and manage our gaming team operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of team dynamics in the gaming space. While esports experience is a plus, it is not mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates of Arab nationality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate daily team activities and training schedules.
* Motivate and manage players to maintain a high level of performance and discipline.
* Act as the main point of contact between team members and management.
* Assist with planning tournaments, events, scrims, and bootcamps.
* Ensure a positive and professional team environment, on and off the game.
* Monitor individual player development and provide performance feedback.
* Support the creation of content, social media engagement, and brand representation.
Requirements:
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for gaming and familiarity with the competitive gaming scene.
* Ability to manage team logistics, schedules, and communications.
* Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Fluent in English and/or Arabic (preferred).
* Arab nationality preferred.
