Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of IT recruitment experience in Qatar
- Strong experience in sourcing and recruiting IT/technical professionals
- Non-IT recruitment experience will be considered an added advantage
- Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
- Good knowledge of the Qatar recruitment market
- Valid QID is mandatory
- Family-sponsored candidates preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work with multiple job requirements and meet recruitment targets
