Description:
We are looking for an experienced Technical L&D Senior Officer to manage training and development programs for technical staff and trainees. The role includes planning local and international training, coordinating with institutes, managing scholarships, and supporting workforce skill development in alignment with HR strategy.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's in HR, Business, Engineering, or related field 8+ years' experience, with 3+ in managerial roles Strong experience in technical training design & delivery Knowledge of power/water sector and GCC culture preferred English fluency required; Arabic is a plus Arab nationals preferred.
