Technical Site Support Specialist

Description:

We are looking for a hands-on professional with expert knowledge of construction chemicals and their on-site application.

Key Requirements:
· Proven, mandatory experience with construction chemicals and their on-site application.
· Possession of a valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
· Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Qatar with a valid transferable QID.

Responsibilities:
· Providing on-site technical support for products like epoxy, polyurethane, waterproofing, concrete repair, and protective coatings.
· Conducting mock-ups, trials, and product demonstrations as per manufacturer guidelines.
· Supervising and supporting application processes, ensuring correct methodology from surface prep to finishing.
· Training contractors, applicators, and engineers on proper product use and best practices.
· Investigating site complaints, performing root cause analysis, and recommending solutions.
· Preparing detailed site visit reports with photographic documentation.
· Coordinating with internal technical, QA/QC, and sales teams for seamless project execution.
· Ensuring strict adherence to technical data sheets and method statements.
