Tender Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Tender Manager to lead and manage end-to-end tendering and pre-contract activities for high-value Fit-Out projects across Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
· Lead the complete tendering and pre-contract process for Fit-Out projects.
· Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
· Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and competitive commercial proposals.
· Develop and implement value engineering and cost optimization strategies.
· Coordinate closely with design, planning, procurement, and construction teams.
· Source, evaluate, and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
· Conduct comprehensive risk analysis, cost benchmarking, and market studies.
· Manage tender clarifications, addendums, and post-tender negotiations.
· Ensure full compliance with client, consultant, and statutory requirements.
· Support senior management in bid strategy, pricing approvals, and project handover.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
· Minimum 8-12 years of direct experience in Fit-Out tendering and pre-contract roles.
· Strong knowledge of the Qatar & KSA construction markets, contracts, and procurement practices.
· Proven track record in managing high-value Fit-Out project tenders.
· Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, and analytical skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
· Willingness to coordinate effectively across Qatar and KSA operations.
