Principal Accountabilities:
Knowledge of handling Letters of Credit and advise necessary changes i.e. amendments in ensuring compliance with all requirements listed under any given L/C. Accurate processing of L/Cs & non-LC Export documentation adhering to UCP 600 and ISBP 745E. Skilful in negotiating error free shipping documents with banks. Creates Financial Document in SAP on time. Prepares Documents for negotiation to banks & customers and do Quality checks on documentation to minimize discrepancies. Direct communication with different parties internal and external to ensure smooth day to day tasks and processing.
Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills / Experience Bachelor of Commerce / Business / Accounting / Finance or relevant Trade Finance Professional e.g. ICTF Minimum 10 years of international experience in Finance / Banking / Treasury / Trade Finance Operations Good working knowledge in Letters of Credits. Proficient in ERP systems - SAP, Oracle, Business Objectives and Outlook E-mail business communications. Excellent business communication and correspondence skills.
