Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
Oversee warehouse workflows: receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
Manage and develop warehouse team members
Maintain organized storage systems and layout optimization
Monitor inventory levels; perform cycle counts and resolve discrepancies
Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics departments
Generate reports on KPIs and drive continuous process improvements

🎯 Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
3+ years of experience in warehouse supervision, ideally in manufacturing
Proficient with ERP or WMS systems and MS Office
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
