Alftek International is seeking a dedicated Welfare Officer with hands-on experience in Qatar's construction sector to support our blue-collar workforce.

✅ Minimum 3 years in Qatar — Construction sector (mandatory)
✅ Strong exposure to blue-collar workforce welfare, accommodation & grievance handling
✅ Knowledge of Qatar labor laws & welfare compliance
✅ Good communication & coordination with site teams
