Accounts Receivable (ar) Specialist

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our finance team.

Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage the company’s accounts receivable function.
· Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to clients.
· Monitor customer payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
· Implement effective credit control measures.
· Maintain positive cash flow and minimize bad debt.
· Conduct regular and professional follow-up with clients.

Required Skills:
· Strong communication and follow-up ability with clients.
· Understanding of basic finance, accounting, and bookkeeping principles.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust.

Education & Experience:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
· 4–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
