Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Assistant (Project Coordinator) to support our Facilities Management (FM) team in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative & coordination support for FM projects
· Manage documents, reports, and records
· Coordinate with internal teams and site staff
· Track project progress and schedules
Requirements:
· Experience in Admin / Project Coordination (FM experience preferred)
· Strong MS Office skills
· Good communication & multitasking ability
· Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Qatar (preference for locally available candidates)
